401K Safe Harbor Plan
The GARRETT GROUP 401(k) plan includes an employer matching contribution that provides additional savings for your retirement. The plan is a "Safe Harbor" plan with immediate 100% vesting. TGG's 401(k) Plan offers traditional 401(k) savings though pre-tax contributions and/or Roth 401(k) savings through after-tax contributions.
Participants may elect coverage for themselves and their families under the TGG United Health Care Spectera Vision Plan.
The GARRETT GROUP Family Dental Plan is offered through United Health Care.
