Position Summary

Provides initial and recurring NAOC Watch Officer (WO) training, certification, evaluation, and refresher instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and Mission Qualification Training (MQT).
• Teach COMSEC, TPC, security awareness, force protection, anti-terrorism, and WO duties.
• Maintain and update lesson plans and training materials per NAOCMAN 9-2 revisions.
• Administer recurring/refresher WO training.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain certification records.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years NAOC Battle Staff experience (or within last 5 years).
• Functional expertise in NAOC Watch Officer processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with NPES and ITWAA for WO operations.

Security Requirements:

• TS/SCI with SAP eligibility.
